Gordon P. Gill, Sr., was the founding member of Gill & Gill. He was among the first, if not in fact the first attorney in the United States to specialize in the representation of management in labor and employment law matters.

Gordon Gill, Sr., received a Bachelor of Arts from St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin, and a law degree from the University of Wisconsin. During his career he practiced corporate, business, and labor and employment law extensively throughout the United States and Canada.
